Whilst many people believe that the selection of an appropriate solution for your business needs is the key component, with the purchase of a new accounting package, we believe that this is only the first step in a four step approach.

Our Approach

Our approach to system selection revolves around understanding your business requirements, specific industry needs and your business practices. We would normally start with a review meeting covering the above areas, then, once we have established the suitability of the Software to meet these needs, we would then proceed with a product demonstration. If we believed our supported packages to be inappropriate, we would recommend looking at alternate products. We do not try and fit a square peg in a round hole.

The demonstration would be aimed at showing those areas relevant to your business. A proposal would then be submitted, detailing software costs, implementation and training budgets together with costs associated with ongoing support services.

Implementation & Training

Implementation and training are critical in the establishment of your new system. Staff must be comfortable with the people providing these services and confident that they understand how the system is to relate with your business and existing procedures. This we believe is the key to our success - understanding your business requirements, relating these to the software and bringing a professional working relationship to the table.

Training is provided on site using your data. Over the years we have developed standard methodology for the implementation of the software package. This revolves around consultation with management and staff setting realistic goals and time lines for the completion of the work. Sign off dates are allocated for different stages with review meetings monitoring the progress.

We can also offer class room style training at your offices and run regular courses on the packages provided.

Ongoing Support

Once the software has been successfully installed, Arrow Software Consultants then continue to provide your business with the necessary back up support needed. Ongoing support is available on site, by telephone or through direct modem connection.
