Attention to these areas enable ease of use for staff and to get the necessary structure to meet your reporting requirements and integration between modules. The final stage in the implementation and set up process is to establish opening balances for relevant modules.

Training of Staff

This process involves explaining the processes involved in each of the modules. If you like, how to do something on the system. ie entering invoices, credits, journals, running reports etc... One of the critical areas covered in training involves the balancing and audit reporting procedures. A number of standard forms are supplied to help in this process and to assist in the reconciliation and balancing of your system.

Continuing Support Services

It is Arrow Software Consultants aim to have your office staff as familiar and independent as possible with the packages provided. It is however, the nature of any business software package, that additional support will be required from time to time. To this end we offer on site, telephone and modem support to our clients. This work is performed on a time and materials basis as required.
